    • Operated central point of contact for 8,000 users' computer related issues.
    • Responsible for entry level troubleshooting over the phone, coordinating service requests between end user and support personnel, and maintaining image of division for entire company.
    • Helped evaluate and develop Remedy call tracking system still in place today.
